Denny’s On Main Street Reopening

The Denny’s Restaurant at 1136 S. Main St. plans to reopen today under a new owner and a new look.

Franchisee Jack Thompson and previous district manager bought the restaurant when he saw the lease was not going to be renewed. He closed it for a week for “mouth dropping” renovations.

“It’s more like a steakhouse feel, but it’s still Denny’s,” Thompson said.
