To Tony Palombino, it’s just the right time to turn Boombozz Famous Gourmet Pizza Inc. into a regional chain of gourmet pizza restaurants, with TBB America LLC as the franchise company.

Palombino, founder and CEO of the chain, has signed a franchising agreement with Naptown Pizzerias LLC, his first franchise group.
