Baskin-Robbins Wants A Franchise In PC

Baskin-Robbins is looking for franchisee candidates in the Panama City area and will hold a seminar from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday at the Bay Point Marriott, according to a news release.

The company seeks store developers with strong financial backgrounds and the desire to maximize the territory and expand the market, the release said. The seminar includes information on new store designs, marketing, training, site selection and franchising in general. Baskin-Robbins operates more than 6,000 stores in 35 countries, with 2,700 U.S. locations and plans for expansion. The company opened more than 600 stores globally last year.
