The property includes a 10-year lease guaranteed by local Taco Bell franchisee Que Taco Inc. of Castle Rock, according to a LoopNet.com online listing for the property and Colorado Secretary of State data. Que Taco operates several Taco Bells in the Denver area.

The Evergreen Taco Bell sold for a little less than a recent asking price of $1.39 million, included in the LoopNet listing.

California investor Yvonne Meyers of Redding was the property’s seller, according to Jefferson County real estate records. Meyers bought the restaurant in 2004 for $1.7 million.
