Drain Doctor Sees Franchisee Sales Rise

Drain Doctor Plumbing – the UK’s largest emergency plumbing and drain repair business – has just completed its largest new franchisee training school since well before the start of the recession.

Drain Doctor director Jan Mitman said: “The recession may (or may not) be coming to an end – but the economic experiences of the past year or so have made increasing numbers of people seek a recession-proof business opportunity.”

Five new franchisees, taking on territories from Scotland to the South of England, have just completed their training in the systems and philosophies that have enabled Drain Doctor to maintain a 15-year record of unbroken growth.

The central principle is to deliver dazzling levels of service in a market plagued by cowboy operators who are overcharging customers for shoddy workmanship.
