Franchisee Purchases Land In Little Canada

Sweet Cream Properties Little Canada purchased just under an acre of land at 2880 Rice St. in Little Canada, MN, from The Village at Little Canada, LLC for $505,000.

The land will be the future home of a retail restaurant building of approximately 4,000 square feet. Sweet Cream Properties will be operating the facility as a Culver’s Restaurant. Delivery is slated for November.
