Bangalore To Host 23rd Franchise And Retail Show

The 23rd edition of Franchise and Retail Opportunities (FRO) 2009, a major multicity franchise and retail show in the country, would be held here from September 19.

Jointly organised by Franchise India Holdings Ltd (FIHL) and Indian Franchise Association, the two-day exhibition would bring “exclusive” franchising and retail opportunities for the local investors of Bangalore, FIHL said in a statement.

“FRO Bangalore will bring together the brightest business concepts and potential investors from the southern region of India – Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and union territories of Lakshadweep and Pondicherry,” it said.

The event is expecting more than 5,000 serious investors, entrepreneurs, professionals, suppliers, corporate representatives from Bangalore, Coorg, Hyderabad, and Visakhapatnam, among others, the organisers said.
