Which Wich Founder, CEO Hires New Management Team

The founder and chief executive of Which Wich said Monday that he will turn over day-to-day operations of the Dallas-based sandwich shop chain to a new executive team on Oct. 1.

Jeff Sinelli, who launched the chain in 2004, said a new president, vice president of finance and vice president of development would help the chain grow.

With 93 restaurants open, the chain expects to have 100 shops by the end of the year as it works toward a longer-term goal of 250, Sinelli said.
