Town & Country Haus Welcomes New Franchisee To Its Network

Town & Country Haus has welcomed Domicil Immobilien GmbH to its network as its new licensee for the region of Starnberg, Weilheim-Schongau and Bad Tölz.

According to the franchise, the new licensee will be selling and building houses planned by Town & Country under the management of Josef Schölderle, managing director of the company. “I truly believe in Town & Country’s concept,” explained Schölderle. The two main advantages of the franchise model are, he says, the fact that it is targeted at average earners and that the company has many years of experience having already built more than 13,500 houses.
