Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina, one of the nation’s fastest growing, fast-casual Mexican restaurant chains, has expanded catering beyond lunch and dinner to include a breakfast program after testing its acceptance in select markets across the country.
Catering menu options include a breakfast burrito bar consisting of eggs, bacon or sausage, Mexican potatoes, salsa and cheese or a traditional breakfast with biscuits. Fresh fruit, Danishes, coffee and assorted juices are also available.
“We’re excited to expand our catering offerings to include breakfast,” said Paul Mangiamele, president and CEO, Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina. “As a Fresh-Mexican concept, we offer flavorful, tasteful food beyond your traditional bagels and doughnuts that is not only affordable, but travels well and has a great presentation. Perfect for client meetings or a staff celebration or meal, our breakfast menu has been widely received thus far and we hope to carve a niche in the market with our new offerings.”
