Little Caesars Returns To Rhode Island

The recession has been a drag on most of the restaurant sector, except for those that have positioned themselves as cheap or of high value.

That factor has spurred one businessman to bring the inexpensive, no-frills Little Ceasars chain back to Providence, R.I., after a 15-year hiatus, according to the Providence Journal online.

Gabi Bazzi, the franchisee who brought Little Caesars back to that city this summer, thinks its high unemployment rate and bevy of college kids will only help his restaurants’ bottom line.
