Carnation Auto, a multi-brand auto sales, services and related solutions services provider, said it will stay away from franchisee-based model to expand its retail presence. The company said setting up exclusive retail outlets will act as a key differentiator to offer services to customers.
“We have consciously decided to stay away from the franchisee model. We believe in growing through the exclusive retail-chain network model as it allows us to deliver premium customer service,” Jagdish Khattar, Chairman & Managing Director, Carnation Auto told Express.
The company currently has set up 12 such retail centres covering locations such as Amritsar, Chennai, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Kochi.
