Korean import Red Mango, and one of its New York City franchisees, are being sued by local real estate and restaurant development firm BCD, which alleges that franchisee signed two leases for spaces it showed them—and never paid the company for its services.

The legal dispute has already resulted in the closing of the chain’s store at 688 Sixth Ave.

The other Red Mango outlet in question is located at 115 E. 23rd St. It remains open.
