The couple opened Anton’s Pizza, Pasta & More Wednesday in Williams Plaza on U.S. 41 in the former location of Za Za Serious Pizza, which closed in May.

The plaza’s anchor, Albertsons, closed in October.

But the Pllumajs are optimistic.

“The economy will pick up, and we got to ride it. We got to all fight through it and do the best we can,” said Anton Pllumaj.
Anton’s has a $5 lunch menu, which features items such as two slices of cheese pizza and a fountain drink, various subs including meatball parmesan or sausage and pepper, calzone and chicken Caesar salad.
