Siegel-Gallagher Brings First CiCi’s Pizza To Wisconsin

Cory Sovine of Milwaukee-based Siegel-Gallagher represented Paul Tate in leasing space at The Shoppes on 100 in West Allis, Wis., for the state’s first CiCi’s Pizza Buffet location.

Tate, d/b/a Rally Pizza, LLC, is the franchisee for CiCi’s Pizza Buffet, and he plans to open the restaurant in April of this year.

CiCi’s new location is a combination of two former eateries, Johnny V’s and Pancheros, for a total of 3,550 square feet of optimal retail space.

“CiCi’s is very excited to be entering the Wisconsin market. They see tremendous opportunity here and believe the value-priced buffet concept will suit Wisconsin well,” said Sovine.
