Pizza Fusion North Miami Beach opened its doors to 13 teenage orphans on Monday for a complimentary lunch and educational experience on green nutrition, business and the environment. The teenagers came from Florida Baptist Children’s Homes, a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing Christ-centered services to children and families in need.
“We really enjoyed having Florida Baptist Children’s Homes come by for food, fun, and learning. It was a rewarding experience that these young adults really appreciated,” Cesar Conde, managing partner of Pizza Fusion North Miami Beach, states. “We hope that we gave them inspiration to chose healthy lifestyles that will benefit their own health as well as the planet as a whole.”
Florida Baptist Children’s Homes has been serving abused, neglected and orphaned children since 1904.
