US Pest Control Franchise Launches First Irish Location

Orkin, a USA-based pest control franchise, is set to open its first franchise in Ireland next month. Orkin Ireland, which will be located in Dublin, will offer a commercial pest control service, as well as some residential services.

Orkin’s Vice President of International Development and Franchising Tom Luczynski said: “Because of Ireland’s temperate climate and large amount of rainfall, the country has pest issues that include rodents and a number of insects. We are pleased to establish a presence in Ireland and provide the country with quality pest control services to help with these pest issues.”
