Ovenu franchisee Warren Cowsell, says he is not surprised by the results of the Martin College survey which has revealed that an enormous 78 per cent of Australian workers want a career change; with almost 30 percent reporting they have not switched careers because it would be too difficult or time consuming.

Cowsell is a huge advocate of the be-your-own-boss movement taking Australia by storm.
“I was working as a manager at a large retail store and it felt like they owned me – they dictated when I could work, when I could sleep, what time I could spend with my kids – it was a nightmare,” Cowsell says. “I was tired, I rarely got to see my family and when I was with them I was grumpy and irritable. I decided enough was enough, and that’s when I heard about Ovenu.
