easyhome Ltd. announced today that the Management Information Circular being mailed to shareholders shortly will include three new nominees for election to the Company’s Board of Directors at easyhome’s Annual Meeting to be held on April 28, 2010.
The new nominees are to replace four directors who have chosen not to stand for re-election. The directors not standing for re-election are Douglas Anderson, Ronald Gage, and Joseph Rotunda, who all joined the Board in 2000, and Nancie Lataille who became a director in 2006. More.
