When his career as a train driver hit the buffers after almost 30 years, Geoff Hughes could have sat back and accepted his working life was over.

But the former Kent railwayman simply wouldn’t accept unemployment – instead he decided to start his own business.

“Redundancy provided me with a great opportunity to change my career path and start up on my own,” says Geoff.
