Bistro Babusan — Fresh Asian Fusion Announces Grand Opening

Bistro Babusan – Fresh Asian Fusion is proud to announce its grand opening on Monday, April 19, 2010 in The Village at Fairview, a northern suburb of Dallas in a 1.1 million square foot mixed retail complex developed by the MG Herring Group.

The menu will highlight southern Asian cuisine developed by Bengal Coast chef Neville Panthaky, including soup noodle bowls, wraps, curries, stir-fries, and skewer and salad combinations. It will feature a menu with prices ranging from $4 for “openers” to about $9 for full plates. The restaurant will also feature a full service bar.
