Fogo de Chão has completed a $1 million renovation of its restaurant here and plans to use the new look as a pattern for future updates at the 16-unit Brazilian steakhouse chain.
The Addison restaurant, which originally opened in 1997, remained open during the renovations, which took place during overnight work sessions over three months, said Jair Coser, founder of the churrascaria-style restaurant.
“The renovation of our flagship U.S. location will be used as a template for future updates and enhancements to our restaurants throughout the country,” Coser said.
