Domino’s Pizza Enters Germany

Domino’s Pizza, a USA-based pizza takeaway franchise, has signed a Master Franchise deal for Germany. Mr Yakir Gabay, who founded the Grand City Property Group and Grand City Hotels, has signed a Master Franchise agreement with Domino’s Pizza, which will involve opening locations throughout the country. Mr Gabay will run the Domino’s Pizza franchise with his business partner Mr. Birgir Thor Bieltvedt.

Domino’s Pizza International’s Executive Vice President, Michael Lawton, said: “Establishing ourselves in the German market presents a great opportunity for our business. Mr Gabay and his partner will be a great fit for Domino’s. I am confident that his knowledge of multi-unit development and operational excellence in this market are two things that will be critical to the success of our brand.”
