Eagle Boys has become the only pizza maker to offer potato skins, with the popular side dish being one of 31 new items added to the franchise’s menu.
CEO Todd Clayton said that given the popularity of potato skins, he is surprised that no other pizza maker has offered them before.
“During the past 12 months I’ve looked at Australian food trends, what Aussies like and don’t like. Potato skins stood out as one of those sides Aussies loved, but generally could only get if they went out to a restaurant or cafe,” he said.
