Linking Two Chains — Applebee’s Meets Mr. Goodcents

Kansas City Business Journal:

Mr. Goodcents Subs & Pasta, a De Soto-based sandwich shop chain, has picked former Applebee’s International Inc. CEO Dave Goebel as its new leader.

Goebel replaces founder Joe Bisogno in the top spot, and Bisogno will become the company’s chairman.
