Fresh Coat Painting Adds St. Louis Franchise

Fresh Coat Painting has sold 12 franchises during the first half of 2010, including a St. Louis franchise, in an effort to tap into the growing $30 billion home and commercial painting industry.

Jeff Lottmann is the franchisee in St. Louis. The company’s franchise fee is $28,900, and the initial investment starts at $38,850.

The Cincinnati-based company also added franchisees in Austin; Boston; Chicago; Dallas-Fort Worth; Farmington Hills, Mich.; Las Vegas; Little Rock, Ark.; New Bern, N.C.; New York; San Diego; and Tampa.
