Andy Rathke, former commercial and residential real estate and construction executive, traded his business suit for a logo-ed uniform to operate a HandyPro, handyman franchise in Charlotte, NC.
HandyPro services include residential and commercial handyman services. Most HandyPro requests include general maintenance like repairing drywall and installing molding or ceiling fans, gutter repair/install, siding repair, ceramic tile repair and install, interior/exterior painting, bathroom remodeling and home modifications and products to Seniors and the disabled.
When Andy decided that going back to the job market was not an option he wanted to pursue in today’s uncertain economy he looked into franchising. Having occupational experience earlier in his career gave Andy a wealth of experience . After researching several concepts he found HandyPro Handyman Services.
“I liked that HandyPro provided much needed solutions to everyday home and business maintenance problems,” says Rathke,” in a professional and reliable manner,– something that I found missing in the home and business service providers I experienced myself.”
