Three years ago,
the founders of Chiltepino’s Wings, an upscale and spiffy sports bar whose fare transfers easily to any U.S. menu, decided it was time to spread their, well, wings.
Today, in a Mexico more hospitable to intellectual property than in years past, the single location in Hermosillo has morphed into 27 spread across 18 cities, the farthest away in the state of Michoacán. The company is looking to its first location abroad – Tucson, perhaps – and shows no sign of slowing down.
