A food fight is brewing in federal court and it includes Orlando-based Darden.

Darden filed a federal lawsuit against a franchisee for T.G. I. Friday’s.

The San Diego area restaurants promoted a “never ending shrimp” special.

Darden’s Olive Garden has a “never ending” pasta bowl special, and the company’s Red Lobster has an endless “shrimp” special.

Both names are trademarked.
