Liverpool Business Leader’s Dream Turns To Success

Liverpool Leader:

A true Liverpool leader emerged as business owner Tony Zoobi won Franchisee of the Year at an awards gala in Surfers Paradise last week.

The award is granted by the Franchising Council of Australia as part of the biggest franchising awards competition in the southern hemisphere.

At only 35 Mr Zoobi owns six Hairhouse Warehouse stores in NSW and Queensland and employs 45 staff. Mr Zoobi said he won a start in business because the franchise enjoyed a strong backing from banks.

“Banks will loan you 50 per cent of the value of the loan unsecured as [the franchise] has a high standing with the banks,” he said.
