Zarraffa’s Coffee Awards Its Franchisees

The Zarraffa’s Coffee franchise chain has announced its top performers in the network with Brendon and Judy Lord of Zarraffa’s Coffee Surfers Paradise taking out not just the 2010 Franchisee of the Year honour award but the inaugural Store of the Year Award too.

The Zarraffa’s Coffee Surfers Paradise franchisees edged out Franchisee of the Year finalists Zarraffa’s Coffee Benowa Gardens and Zarraffa’s Coffee Worongary to take home the top title. Franchisee Brendon Lord said “This year we focused on building our stores through the Zarraffa’s Z Card™ loyalty program, customer service and delivering an awesome product every time.”
