Saladworks Signs Deal For Dallas Locations

Saladworks, a restaurant concept that serves fresh-tossed salads, is coming to North Texas after signing a three-store development deal with a local franchisee. Franchisees Juli Reiserer and Michael Lyall signed the deal after reading about Saladworks in Entrepreneur Magazine.

Their restaurants will open in 2011.

While the company has yet to pick out real estate locations, Saladworks says the restaurants will be in Far North Dallas, a spokeswoman for the company said.
