Princess Polly Pops Up On Esplanade

Fashion boutique Princess Polly has opened on the ground floor of The Peninsular Resort on the Mooloolaba Esplanade.

Savills Retail Leasing and Sales Executive Hayley Donnelly leased the 58 sq m outlet at a rate of $1597/sq m net per year ($92,626 annually).

It joins existing Princess Polly stores in Brisbane, Mackay and Townsville, as well as a newly-opened concept store in the Sydney CBD.

Ms Donnelly said the Peninsular Resort outlet offered Princess Polly a prime position in the heart of the well-established retail strip.

She said the Mooloolaba store would offer a range of young female fashion, with a strong beachwear focus.
