Erik’s Deli Franchisee Opens Third Cafe As Business Sizzles

Erik’s Delicafe, a Silicon Valley lunchtime institution, has opened its 28th location.

The 2,050-square-foot eatery opened Nov. 22 in Morgan Hill’s Madrone Village shopping center, joining other tenants like Chipotle Mexican Grill, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, South Valley National Bank, FedEx Office and D’Vine Jazz and Wine.

The new location is franchisee John Hannah’s third Erik’s eatery. The other two are located at 309 Vineyard Town Center in Morgan Hill and 5705 Cottle Road in South San Jose.
