Paragon Homes Starts Springfield Model

The new Arthur Rutenberg Homes franchisee in Charlotte has started building a model home in a York County golf course community.

Paragon Homes of Charlotte, which signed on as the first Carolinas franchise for Rutenberg in April, is building a 3,914-square-foot house in the Springfield community.

Jim Rosewater, Paragon Homes co-owner, calls the model home the company’s “first storefront in Charlotte.”
“We always sell out of model homes,” he says.
