Restaurant Group Names New President-CEO

Stan Harris, a longtime restaurateur, has been named the president and chief executive officer of the Louisiana Restaurant Association.

Harris, a Louisiana native, began his career in the restaurant industry in the mid-1980s with TJM Restaurant Management, the largest Ruth’s Chris Steak House franchisee. He also operated other restaurants, including TJ Ribs, Ninfa’s Mexican Restaurant and Ruffino’s Italian Restaurant.
