That’s according to The Feast, who interviewed the fedora-ed one during the South Beach Wine & Food Festival.
Mendelsohn said in the chat that he’s going to start a franchising company and plans to expand his Good Stuff Eatery concept across the country, beginning with Philadelphia, Chicago (gotta maintain that Obama favor, after all) and another location in D.C. Of course, Mendelsohn’s been floating the idea for some time, so this should hardly come as a surprise.
Mendelsohn also tweeted that he’s planning a food truck called Sixth and Rye, which will apparently feature a corned beef sandwich as its featured dish.
