Franchisee Opens Drive-Through Pizza Place

Sometimes when customers want a quick meal by way of a drive-through, a burger or chicken sandwich just isn’t enough to satisfy those cravings.

A fast food idea that started in Ohio in 1999 is making its way to Boynton Beach. Georgio’s Oven Fresh Pizza Co., 3501 W. Boynton Beach Blvd., is the area’s first drive-through pizza place.

Owner Alex Karas said there are 40 locations in the Midwest and that the concept is the pizza is ready when a customer gets there and served up immediately.
