Bizjournals.com:

The Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee that ran the chain’s marquee spot at Broad and High streets in downtown Columbus has been evicted for not meeting lease obligations, Columbus Business First reports.

A spokesman for developer and property owner Casto said the firm tried to work with franchisee USA Restaurant Realty LLC but ultimately had to turn to eviction. A replacement tenant who wasn’t identified is in talks to take over the space, the paper reported.
