Josie’s Frozen Yogurt announces the official opening of its Fairfax, Virginia location. Nestled in University Mall, adjacent to the George Mason University campus, the shop has already become a sweet sensation.

“We’re thrilled to open a Josie’s Frozen Yogurt franchise. We absolutely love the product, the concept, and mostly, the support and excitement from the community,” said Jeanne Shewmaker, a Fairfax native and co-owner of the new Fairfax franchise location.

Dr. Dale Shewmaker, the other co-owner, added, “We’re looking forward to partnering with various local non-profit organizations to help make a difference in the community. Education and healthy living are at the forefront of our mission.” Dr. Dale Shewmaker has been practicing dentistry from his University Mall office since 1982.
