The Coloradoan:

Question: How did you become a Culver’s franchisee?

Answer: I graduated from Middleton High School in Wisconsin in 1995. I then attended the Florida Culinary Institute. After graduating with a degree in culinary arts and food and beverage management, I worked as a manager in a fine dining restaurant for five years. In 2005 my father, Jeff Stentz, and I were talking about how we thought Culver’s would be a great fit for Fort Collins, where we had lived when I was a child.

My father attended and graduated from CSU and I went to elementary school at what used to be Washington elementary and also Dunn elementary. We moved to Wisconsin in 1987 for my father’s work. I jumped at the opportunity to move back to Fort Collins and bring Culver’s with me.

Question: How many Culver’s do you own? Read on.
