In yoga, as in other fitness routines, there is always the next new thing.
Ellen Bradley, 32, believes that thing is Moksha yoga, a form of â€œhotâ€ yoga that practices traditional Hatha yoga as well as therapeutic poses â€“ all in a room heated to 102 degrees. The popularity of Bradleyâ€™s two new Moksha studios may be proving her point; theyâ€™re attracting 6,000 local devotees, she says.
A native Northern Kentuckian and lifelong yoga enthusiast, Bradley briefly lived in Toronto while her husband, Michael Bradley, a former University of Kentucky basketball player, was playing with the Toronto Raptors.
