We recently sat down with Penn Station East Coast Subs franchisee, Rich Moore, to discuss his background and how he got involved with the franchise. Rich shares his insights on how he discovered Penn Station East Coast Subs and the process of opening multiple locations.

Rich comes from a restaurant background so he knew how to properly diligence a franchise and also what to look for. He discusses why he chose the franchise route versus creating his own concept from scratch.
