Gloria Jean’s Earns Praise At FCA Awards

Coffee franchise, Gloria Jean’s Coffees was awarded a double gong at Queensland’s recent Franchise Council of Australia’s regional Excellence in Franchising Awards, taking out the Franchisee Community Service award and the Field Manager of the Year title.

The Murrumba Downs store was presented with the Franchisee Community Service while Kylie Kernick was honoured as Queensland’s top field manager for 2011 for her ability to provide continual support, development and training to her franchisees.
