Gladstone Franchisees Shine At NightOwl’s National Awards

A commitment to top customer service has seen NightOwl Gladstone franchisees Bruce and Mary Speare clinch a victory at the convenience store’s annual awards.

The duo accepted the 2011 Franchisees of the Year Award for the second year, in front of more than 140 franchisees, support office staff and business partners at the Gold Coast ceremony on Saturday night (September 17).

Franchisees of the Gladstone store since 1994, Bruce and Mary have steadily developed the business to great success.

“One of the biggest challenges at NightOwl Gladstone has been maintaining a highly personalised service to our customers. Mary and I are strong believers in having a strong and stable happy team working the store,” Bruce Speare says.

“Year after year we ask what is one of the most important areas in our business and the answer is customer service,” he says.
