Most people probably would not choose to spend the night on a concrete sidewalk just to get a fresh doughnut in the morning.
But that’s exactly what Lee Van Farowe and Bailey Harrison did.
Farowe and Harrison along with about half a dozen of their friends from Del Oro High School drove from Loomis to Roseville to sleep on a bed of blankets on the sidewalk.
Their goal: To get their hands on the first Krispy Kreme doughnut produced in Roseville since 2006.
