Maid-Rite Franchisee Eyeing Up To 50 Sites In D/FW

Ready to introduce a new restaurant concept to North Texans, the Lund family has selected its opening play for Maid-Rite Diner – a 3,090-sf end cap in Arlington’s Green Oaks Shopping Center.

The franchisee has hired Peter Kosley, senior vice president of Henry S. Miller Brokerage LLC, and Thad Beckner, assistant vice president, to search metroplex for as many as 40 to 50 strategic locations. The first Maid-Rite Diner will open in January in the 65,000-square-foot, Kroger-anchored center at the corner of West Green Oaks Boulevard and Pleasant Ridge Road.
