Upscale dining restaurant Mozambique Steakhouse and Lounge has announced that it will open a fast casual offshoot, Mozambique, in Newport Beach, Calif.

The menu, created by chef Elena Angelides features African-influenced items such as Peri-Peri Chicken, Peri-Peri Shrimp, curry’s, Roti Wraps, salads and more; however, the menu prices will be significantly lower than at its upscale dining counterpart.

Customers will order their meals at a counter and will receive their food at the table. More.
