Delmarva Daily Times:

SUBWAY® will be offering free sandwiches to active and retired members of the Armed Forces this Friday, Nov. 11, in honor of Veteran’s Day.

Those who present a Military I.D. or proof of service will receive a free six-inch sub or flatbread sandwich at participating restaurants.

“We want to say ‘Thank You’ to active and retired Veterans, and reward them for serving our country,” said Dwight Belcher, chairman of Salisbury’s SUBWAY® franchisee advertising board. “We hope this gesture will showcase the SUBWAY® brand’s gratitude for their hard work and dedication.”
