Saints Avenue Cafe To Open Three New Locations As Owners Eye Franchising

Saints Avenue Cafe is preparing for what its owners hope will be an aggressive expansion, beginning with a new location in a fast-growing commercial area of Bowling Green.

Ground was broken Wednesday for the new Saints Avenue at the intersection of U.S. 61 and Mo. 161, near Bowling Green’s all-new Walmart Supercenter and traffic roundabout. The restaurant is expected to open in mid- to late March.

It’s the first of three planned new locations for the family restaurant, which currently has only one location, along U.S. 61 in Canton.

Randy Ferris, who co-owns the Canton restaurant with Steve Shaw, said the two also plan to begin offering franchises in other areas within the next few years.
